And the real time temperature signals are captured by our special imported professional acquisition modules, greatly enhances the signal anti-interference capability. The acquisition data are real and reliable to guarantee the heat control safety and accuracy. And in consideration of heating reliability and safety, we specially designed an independent temperature control protection system to prevent the hearth from burning due to abnormal over heating. It likes to give an additional insurance to the furnace safety.
The production is free options of 1 to 4 working cycles automatically, according to the actual Max, glass loading size, to maximum the yielding rates.
The emergency spare power system ( for customer option), can automatically discharge the glass out of furnace safety in case of sudden power failure, and relieve people from tired manual driving.

Our furnace heat insulation material uses expensive low-heat-conduction rate products. And the inner hearth heat insulating walls are built with Japan imported high-temp-proof sheets, with strengthened by colorless hardening agent on the whole surface. It has low-heat-conduction rate, excellent heat proof performance, no scale falling down, no transfiguration and the material is not easy aged. Therefore, to guarantee the excellent heat insulation performance and very good glass surface optical quality. Moreover, the using life is much longer than general furnaces using hi-aluminum heat insulation material. The heating is by matrix multi-zones distribution. And the special cable connection and fixing designing does not need excavating ditch under the furnace, it is safe and convenient.
The broad wave strip heating resistances are supported on the real quarts ceramic parts, which effectively enlarge the radiation heat surface, and also guarantee the heat balance. It really ensures the quenching/ cooling balance of the hot glass. The independent hanging structures of upper and lower quenching sections realize convenient glass flatness adjustment. The conveyor rollers are made of hi-precision cold-drawn seamless steel pipes, no distortion after long-term working. The roller rope is soft heat proof Keviar imported from America, can effectively protect the glass optical quality against damage.

| ¡ñ Bending & Tempering section£º |
The quenching position of the upper bending section is controlled by PC, which makes the process adjustment very convenient. The curvature change is controlled by imported servo motor system, smoothly and reliably, to ensure the repeatable curvature accuracy.
The drive of the upper pressing rollers and lower conveyors rollers are independent. The curvature change procedure is completely synchronously. This bending technology guarantees the glass curvature smooth and accuracy, without pressing marks.

The conveyor rollers are of NBR rubber coated rollers. It has the most suitable hardness, avoid glass sheets be scratched. The particular designed glass anti-overpass device, prevent the hot glass sheets from rushing out to the loading table to burn the roller rubber and universal wheels in case of malfunction, to ensure the production safety and reliability.

The blower system comprises of blower with different power. They are optional according to requirement of glass process for different thickness.
The switching of the blowers is automatically controlled by PC, without manual adjusting and switching air funnels and dampers. The air pressure control are through inventor style or servo-mechanism, effectively control reduce the cooling energy consumption.

| ¡ñ Mechanical Structure£º |
The designing principle of equipment integral structure bases on absorbing users advices and aims at easy installation and maintenance. It makes the users to realize the machine parts installation, replacement and maintenance with the help simple tools. Especially the heating section drive roller and flat quenching conveyor rollers bearing housing is of semi plummer block structures. The rollers can be easily raised up and replaced with special tools supplied with the equipment.
The surface of quenching/ cooling section roller is processed by special technics, it prevents the quenching rope loose and glass deviate.
